"I had the best experience at this Starbucks tonight! I walked in just a few minutes before closing at 9:00 PM, and Julie went above and beyond to help me. Even though the coffee pots were already cleaned for the night, she was incredibly kind and offered to make me a fresh Americano. She also helped me pick out a few warm pastries to go with it. It’s rare to get such a warm, welcoming attitude right before closing time. Thank you, Julie, for making my night!"

"We go to Starbucks all the time, but this location truly stands out. It is conveniently located on Tamiami Trail, with ample parking outside, a drive-through, and a spacious, comfortable interior with plenty of seating. What really makes this café special, though, is the attitude of every single team member. The moment you walk in, someone calls out, “Hello, welcome in,” and when you leave, they make a point of saying, “Bye, have a nice day”. Service is quick, drinks are handed over with a genuine smile, and the team pays attention to the little things, like asking whether you would like a plate with your bagel. We visited on a busy morning, with lots of customers in the drive-through, but the whole place still had a positive, relaxed vibe. It was clear that this is a big team that works hand in hand and genuinely cares about the customer experience. A big shoutout to Heather and her team. This is one of the best-run Starbucks locations we have visited. Five stars."

"I love Starbucks I go there every morning at 5 a.m. for my morning coffee. I like the dark roast coffee to me it's the best, but ever since you changed the dark roast and you went back to the 1971 dark roast I haven't been satisfied . I don't care much for the 71 dark roast at all, so I went back to medium dark roast pike but, it's not to my liking much either. I was very very very satisfied with the Verona Dark Roast it's the best , but now I have to drink the medium dark roast Pike again, because I enjoy the richness of coffee it taste especially the dark roasted I enjoy the aroma of it too. I enjoy the taste of a good dark roast coffee I'm not much of a sugary specialty coffee drinker I don't care for sugar taste in my coffee at all, so l will have to settle for the medium dark roast pike, because there's no other place in this town to get a good cup of coffee. Even though I'm not real satisfied with the dark roast pike like I said there's nowhere else to get a good cup of coffee. Every time I go to a restaurant to eat breakfast ,I stopped by Starbucks get my coffee and take it into the restaurant because I don't like coffee anywhere else but Starbucks. I would like to request if all possible you could get the Verona dark roast back on the menu. I do also enjoy your bakery goods you do have some low sugar bakery goods that I can eat your bakery items are very good. I want also to mention the morning staff I go there every morning around 5:00 a.m. your morning staff are excellent my husband, and I appreciate the morning staff they are very personable , and friendly ,and their like family to us the way they greet us they're good down home wholesome friendly people they help make our mornings so much better by the warm greetings ,and huge smiles and ,the little writings they write on my cup make me feel special coming from people we really don't even know that well, but they're so nice we consider them family, and friends because they act like family or good friends towards us. I go every morning here in Punta Gorda Florida on Helen Ave. 1001 South Tamiami Trail my husband ,and I know everyone by name, and they know us, and they know what I order every morning and, they always say come on up to the window I got your order ready. The manager we just adore Miss Heather she is a real gem she does such a good job with her staff she tries so very hard she works with them ,and they respect her ,and they care a lot about her They all work together real well. Best Starbucks from all the surrounding areas here where we live pretty much don't go to any other Starbucks, but the one on Helen Avenue. I just got back from Starbucks I went this morning for coffee ,and then this afternoon went back with friends, and had bakery goods ,and coffee we enjoyed it very well. In fact my friends gave me a $100 gift card from Starbucks because they know I like your store so well . Thank you much"

"Food and drink are on par. The staff is great. The patronage is the real issue- make extra time for this location if you want to use the drive thru. Slowest people on the planet order here. Never fails- every time I come here the person in front of me takes forever to order 1 drink."
